Owls and their prey
Owls have amazing ways of physically and behaviorally adapting for survival! Learn about them, and many more interesting features including predator/prey relationships and food webs by dissecting an owl pellet! Students will observe, dissect, and analyze an owl pellet during their hour and a half in the lab learning the fundamentals of life science and gain a new appreciation for this animal’s unique way to survive in its surroundings.
